White Roof to Prevent Global Warming

Lately wether become so hot, may be sun is more and more angry to humans in the world. However hot the sun willy nilly we have to face and walk under its light. But have you ever heard that we better to use a white clothes or white jacket when the sun is blazing? There is one theory that said white colour can reflective whereas black colour absorptive the heat. That is the cause, realize or not we avoid to use black if the sun is getting hot and white always be a favorite choosen colour.

This theory it turns out applicable to another things,  one of them is house. If people use white roof for their house, so they will be feel cooler and chilly than before and it because white can reflective. But the most interesting thing is with this theory which maybe not all people think about it, this can be one action to prevent global warming.

Global warming is a proccess increasing temperature of atmosfer, sea, and the earth. Global warming is threat for everyone. Increasing of global temperature is guessed will cause some another changes, like increasing surface of the sea, increasing intensity of extreme wether phenomenon, and change of precipitation. Another effects of global warming are influencing agriculture’s result, glacier lose, and extinct of any kinds of animals.

Something which makes doubt a scientist is about guessing amount of warming up on the future, and how this warming will be varies from one territory to others territory. Until right now still be debate of politic and public about how or what kind of action which should be taken to reduce of warming or adapt to consequences that existing.

Steve Chu who get nobel prize on physics said that to prevent global warming, we can start with painting a roof and road become white. It helps to prevent global warming because white colour can reflective the sun, especially infra red to space so all contents of house is felt become cooler. Beside that white colour also can give a suggest of chilly and cool so it can economize air conditioner and electricity. For people who lives in tropical environment, white colour is very helping to reduce warming.

Nobel prize on physics said that this is new revolution for reducing emission amount  of glasshouse gas around the world. If there is one house which has white roof then the effect is same as clear all the road in the world from vehicle for 11th years.

Global warming is threat for every people in the world, but to know how big the threat is, it not really important right now. One thing we have to think is how much actions which can we do to prevent global warming become serious problem.

Sleep Paralysis

Have you ever when sleeping, suddenly feel can not move your body even you finger whereas you try hard to wake up?  Want to scream but even for small sound is very hard to out? It means you are experiencing sleep paralysis.

Basen on wikipedia, sleep paralysis is a common condition characterized by transient partial or total paralysis of skeletal muscles and areflexia that occurs upon awakening from sleep or less often while falling asleep. Stimuli such as touch or sound may terminate the episode, which usually has a duration of seconds to minutes. This condition may occur in normal subjects or be associated with narcolepsy, cataplexy, and hypnagogic hallucinations. The pathophysiology of this condition is closely related to the normal hypotonia that occur during rapid eye moment sleep. 

Some people told this condition commonly together with hallucinations, like hearing noise voice and feel like seeing sightings or dark shadow which scary. That's why they said this condition is associated with supernatural and mystical. But according to medis, condition when people will going sleep or walking up they feel short of breath, stive, or even difficult to move and scream it called sleep paralysis. Almost of all people have experienced it at least once or twice in their life.

According to Al Cheyne who is a researcher from Waterloo University, Canada, Sleep Paralysis is like hallucination because there is malfunctions when someone in rapid eye movement phase.

Sleeping is divided on three phases, which are half conscious phase, sleep soundly phase, and rapid eye movement phase which someone is dreaming on this phase.

On sleep paralysis phase, someone don’t pass sleep soundlyphase but jump directly from half conscious phase then getting in to rapid eye movement phase. Thats why we feel like conscious and feel hearing some noises or even see scary sightings. The fact is we sleep and closing our eyes, and that case is only a dream.

Sleep paralysis could happen to everyone in the world, don't care it man or woman. Average age when the first time has this experience is between 14 until 17th years old. For your information, sleep paralysis commonly happen to someone who sleep on supine position.

There are some myths about sleep paralysis in some countries. For example in China, this situation is popular with the terms gui ya shen which mean ghost annoyance that suppress someone’s body. Whereas in turki, it called karabasan which be believed as creature that attack someone when sleeping and press their chest while taking their breath.

Believe to myth or medis, the fact is we surely have experience and it realy surprisingly at the first time. One thing we have to do to face this condition is staying relax and be calm, then make a little movement of your body little by little, and think that it just a dream and everything will be alright.

Kefir

Kefir is milk's product which is the result of fermentation process. This fermentation uses kefir grains which contains Streptococci and Lactobacilli bacteria / Stretococcus sp and Lactobacilli. In Rusia, kefir is a popular drink which be produced and be sold in a big number.

Although in Rusia kefir is so popular, in some country kefir is not really popular, even many people who don’t know about it. Popularity of kefir still lose by youghurt, whereas benefits of kefir is more than youghurt.

Name of kefir is from turkish, its "keif" which mean is good feeling. So, according to some research drink kefir routinely  is good for health, and healthy's body surely makes pleasant feeling.

Kefir contains bacteria lactic acid which has many benefits for health like as probiotic which can press growth of bacteria which cause indigestion. Bacteria lactic acid produce antimicrobe compound such as bacteriocins, peroxide hydrogen, and others antibiotic.

Kefir also contains phosphorus so it help body to rend a carbohydrate, fat, and important protein to growth of cell and energy source,  so kefir can help to rise immunity system of body.

Beside that, kefir has some benefits such as prevent all kinds of allergy and allergy of lactose, prevent growth cancer, tumor, hepatitis, cholesterol, and influenza. Kefir also can prevent growth of intruder body organism, and overcame some itchs on skin.

Kefir grains form of granulated and it can be a bigger when it in the milk. The colour is yellowness of white, and will become brownish when it in the milk. The size is varied, around 1 mm until 15 mm.

Granulated of kefir composed of microorganism which is surrounded by matrix with form of slime composed of polysaccharide sugar which called kefiran. Kefir grains also composed of mix from any bacterias and leavened, and each play a role in forming of taste and structure of kefir.

Kefir grains can still active if it preserved by frozen drainage, but the best way to place kefir grains is by moving old kefir grains into the milk which has pasteurized periodic, then incubation for a night and place it on refrigerator with temperature between 4° C untill 7°C. In this condition, kefir grains is still active until around one month.

To make kafir is quite easy, it even can do at home just with a simple tools. We only need a fresh milk and certainly kefir grains. Fresh milks which has been prepared bring to the boil on temperature between 85°C until 90°C, then input it into a glass and save until reach to room temperature. After that enter kefir grains into milk and save. This procces need around a day. And this is it, fermentation process is produced by kefir grains.

From this process, milk will forms become hank. This hank then be filtered and it will separate by itself between kefir grains with drink that ready to drink. As sweetener, it can be added sugar or honey. If it will not drunk directly, kefir can be placed in refrigerator for one until three days.

Mix of acid, soda, and a little bit alcohol makes kefir taste become so unique, and it will be more delicious when drink it in cool or frozen.

For people who has a problem with their digestion or has lactose intolerance, kefir can be an alternative to solve this problem, because mostly of lactose on the milk has been separated by bacteria lactic acid so it will be easier to digest. Kefir also good to drink by child, pregnant and lactating mothers, and people elderly.

There are some stories that told origin of kefir grains, but until now scientifically unknowable for sure how kefir grains was found. However it be, the fact is this drink is so adored and Kefir become so worth because of nutrition and its benefits for humans health. That’s why kefir is called as the champagne of cultured milk.

Twitter Talks More

Everyone has an account on twitter, isn’t it? I’m sure that everyone  has a twitter despite of as formality. No matter they would be active to post tweets or just be a silent follower or even only for existance. The fact is twitter is too interesting to not followed.

For some people twitter is same as psychiatrist. There some kinds of people who don’t like talk much in the real world but surprisingly they are very active on twitter. So twitter can help people with introvert personality become more easier to express something and become so unpredictable.

Sometime twitter also shows the truth. For example there is a public figure who was reported in media is having clash with others public figure, whereas in the fact both of them have a good communication each other. And how we can know it? Only with looking at their timeline so we will know the truth.

Beside that, twitter is also shows concern of human for every disasters around the world, and their tweet about it is always become a trending topic on twitter. When someone popular has passed away we can see all users of twitter around the world pray for him/her. Surely we can still remember how sadness could be seen from mostly users when Steve Jobs passed away a few months ago. Almost all of users give their time to pray for him and posted on twitter. For the next few days, we saw hastag is still about Steve Jobs, they pray for him and saying good bye for the last time like face to face without distance. And it is all because of twitter.

Talk about news is talk about twitter. One of the best ability of twitter is can spread out informations and news as quick as possible to users, no matter it is simple news, important news, or even just a joke. Sometime we heard about something on twitter first than any media, it makes users always be up to date.

Not only entertainment, infotainment, or news, twitter also give us something helpfull and education. For example when we like photography then we will follow a popular photographer that we like. Only by timeline and look at their photo result or even mention them and asking something related with photography, so realize or not we have got a knowledge by twitter. Although it just informal education but it would be different if we got that knowledge from someone we like.

In the first time twitter was boomed, we know twitter only as a social network website. But now, twitter blossom out become a “complete's” site which enjoyable and satisfy users in every aspects they need. So that is twitter, always tweets and retweet, talks more than anything.

Twitbussiness

Nowadays social network website is used as not only for looking for friends, express feelling, or explain something, but as an effective promotional media. Using twitter for bussiness right now has become a trend, and the result is really pleasing and satisfyingly for them who really understand how to exploit twitter as a promotional media.

Every companies has a twitter right now. This phenomenon is an interesting thing because they certainly have their own website. It happened because twitter is like a magnet for people which pull them to always online and making some posts. A company which realized that twitter can become an effective media for doing a promotion would not miss this chance and they make twitter account and then start to promote their product or give directions to followers to come into website’s company.

Ability of twitter to spread out news in short time makes a promotion become more effective and effisien. But it will be happen if content that we gave get a good respond from any followers or even be retweeted by them, this is a good beginning. There are two reasons for someone to retweet some posts; first they likes a content, or they didn’t like a content. If they retweets our content because of likes, it means our tweet is succesful and they are interested in our tweet post. But if they retweets because of dislike, so beware because something is not liked commonly will spread out faster than a good news. But in the other side we get a luck because we can get popularity just in short time and of course free. Just choose what the way you want to take to promote your bussiness on twitter.

In one country in Asia, exactly in my beloved counri Indonesia, there is a new product is succeeded because of twitter and his creativity and innovation from the owner. This product actually is just snack from cassava and we often see it in grocery even in small shop. The owner make a branding for spicy chips and he pack it  become interesting packing, and he give it a touch of creativity by devide chips accord with level of pungency and surely it never had thought before by anyone. When ready, he start doing marketing to people around him and he also use a twitter to promote his product. And boom, the result of sale is very high and keep rising until the owner overwhelmed in accepting many orders. And see now, he become a young billioner which suddenly get popularity just in one year. He may never predict it before.

Realize or not, twitter has become a miracle to the owner in above case. We must remember that a miracle is not will happen as easy as that. If product offered to people is dissatisfy and people doesn't like it, so I bet that the ending of story will not be like this. People hunt this product because they like it, and it means besides of twitter effect, a product that we offer should be interesting and give satisfy to people, it’s a must. But in this case, twitter is one of important factor in it’s marketing.

Twitter become so unstoppable, and everything inside is always interesting.

Newspaper and New Kind of Paper

When there is opinion which said a newspaper’s age is no longer, its like wow it so unbelievable.

Online media is on top right now, it steadily shift traditional media which already alive for a long time since a long time ago. Everybody may be have thought that someday newspaper will die and change become online media. Nobody sure about the truth but some people who expert on media said that newspaper and another printed media will be eliminated because of internet.

Online media has everything that conventional media doesn’t has. Capability of online media can covers lacking of conventional media. When newspaper just can give a text and picture, then radio only give a sound, online media exactly can give people all of it. Eventhough actually we can get text, picture, sound, and video by television but however television also include in conventional media.

Beside of online media’s characteristic, behaviour of people also become one of many important factors for this change. Nowadays people become more individual than the past, whereas in the theory states that humans is social beings of god. After know internet this behaviour become more and more. Internet make something become easier right now, and it cause people can do everything by ownself. That's way people love internet which make everything become easy, including in reading news.

People like to see the news on website or blog more than read a newspaper.  Nowadays people want everyone hear their opinion, and by online media people can give a comment for a news directly, free, and of course easily. And it cause online media more have influence than conventional media.

Compare with online media, newspaper is too oldschool for now, too standard to read right now. And magazine is not interesting as always, all news in magazine surely can be found in online media. Beside that online media can give informations nonlinear, so people don't need to read news sequentially to understand it. People also can share a news to everyone easily so a news spread out just in short time. And the most important is people can access news anywhere with gadget which they have or even  with using a mobile phone.

Newspaper and other's printed media is alive because an advertisment. But in proccess of time advertisment may be will cheat and move to online media who has a hundreds million people inside. Because the purpose of advertisment is selling, not to be read only, they certainly will look for the most effective media with cheaper cost to sell their product.

This is a prediction that unpredictable. Altough we know internet has dominates everything but to imagine there is no newspaper and another printed media around the world, it is too early.

Whenever it would be happen, some people who familiar with internet surely is all ready to face this all, but for some people who stutter with technology, this will be a bad news, and become a nightmare for some one illiterate. That’s globalization, ready or not we have to deal with it.

Damn it Scams

Nowadays there is no reason to can not earn money, there always many chances to earn money if we try and work hard. If we knew earning money is only from working at office and salary once a month, so right now we can earn money even just stay at home. But wait, this not easy as you think.

As we know that in this few years internet has changed human’s angle of view for seeing something. Internet is something which always interesting and endless to talk about it. Everything we want to know there is on internet right now, no matter it is something good or something bad, from online media untill social network website, and from public need until private need. Internet always has the best answer of every question.

There are many programs on internet which promise people to get much money easily only by online at home, lately this programs are spring out like a mushrooms. In this few years there are many kinds of similar program with their advertisment that really "sexy" and "seductive". Some programs is online survey which pay users who complete a survey and paid to click program that pay user who click advertisement. Some programs are free to join, but others must paying as condition to register with was promised a bigger earning. But remember that some programs may be really pay you, but others it can be a scams.

With all their promise, everyone surely will be tempted with that offered, but it would be better if before join we do something like a little research about program we want to join and make sure it is not scams or another deception. Because it would be pain if we join a program and doing it seriously but the fact it just scam so we will definitely feel dissapointed. But it will be different if you just want to try all kinds of programs just for prove the truth.

There some signals that indicated a programs is scams or not. The easiest way is seeing domain, scam program commonly use a free domain and free hosting like “.co.cc” or “.tk” and “.coz.in”. The other way is by reading FAQ  and look for payment process part. If it is scam program, there will not be explained how a payment process will be paid or there is not explanation even a little. One thing which out of mind, scam program always promise that users would get paid more than others program. Irrational when they promise $1 for once click an advertisment, it means the advertisers has to spend much money because of this program. It is very impossible because they will surely choose the most effective promotion with very low budget. So if you found a similar programs like this, you have to think twice to join in and don’t be hesitant to leave it if you have already joined.

In the fact, online business is always has charm. But beware, it can be scams.

Rubbish

Rubbish is something we’ve created but also created to make us restless. Rubbish is something we can not avoid and it can be sure we always meet everywhere. Beside wasting scenery, rubbish also annoying for our nose because of its smell.

There are many kinds of rubbish in the world, we commonly know there is organic rubbish and unorganic rubbish. Organic rubbish can be recycled and produce other benefits for life but unorganic rubbish just can say goodbye to the world.

Plastic is kind of rubbish that have a big problem for us. This type usually become such problem in a big city. We know that plastic is difficult to be appart, eventhough sometime it can be appart, particles on plastic will poison land, but if plastic is burned, it will be produce a dangerous smoke for human breathing.

Everytime rubbish is become more and more. Rubbish is unstoppable, everytime we eat so at the same time we produce rubish. Reuse, reduce, and recycle. As we know, that is the best way to solve this problem right now. We can reuse rubbish that imposible to be used again, for example is can. We also can reduce rubbish by stop using plastic bag from supermarket or groceries. The last is we can recycle rubbish become something useful or unique depends on what kind of rubbish that we have.

It will be a good news if we can recycle rubbish become the fuel. As we know that price of the fuel is getting more and more expensive, beside we have to paring down of using earth energy which we know exactly is getting less and less, so it ill be better to think about recycle rubbish become the fuel to be an alternative fuel beside minyak bumi.

If plastic rubbish is heated in over 100°C, so it will be form substance that has composition which almost same with gasoline.

I ‘ve heard that in Korea, plastic trash has already recycle become solar and gasoline. For pengolahannya, from 23 ton of rubbish is become 30000 liter of solar. To become solar, plastic trash is recyced and be heat until 450°C, and it needs recycle oil machine to heat plastic trash to become solar. From heating result we can get 60% of solar and 40% of gasoline. Solar that resulted is better than gasoline, even it already use in Korea.

There are many things we can do to solve rubbish problem which getting pile up day by day, but if we have not already to reycle rubbush we can reduce it to less rubish. But if we can not do all thing avoe, don’t ever throw rubbish everywhere.
